Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Michigan

My girlfriend has lived with me for 5 months, I have asked her to leave and she refuses until she ''gets on her feet, finds a job, and has a place to go. I am frustrated as we argue every night when I come home from work. She pays no rent, utilities, or any of her personal expenses. How do I get her to move. I live in a mobile home that I own, she is not on the lease for the lot rent and does not receive any mail at my address.

You still have to go through formal eviction proceedings - she is considered a lawful resident under Michigan law. Go to the district court in the city where you reside and get the landlord tenant eviction forms. You need to immediately serve her with a notice to quit, as there is a waiting period before you can file the complaint if she hasn't moved out.
