Storeowner's responsibilities

If a non-employee decides to enter an area of a store that states ''Restricted Area-Employees Only!'' AND she does not listen to a store employee's request to leave the storage room, what responsibilities does the store still have regarding her safety (if any.)? What are the store's obligations?

The customer at that point is a trespasser. The store has the duty not to intentionally injure the trespassing customer. There would be no duty to warn of hidden dangers, etc. William S. Stern
