Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Michigan

Trustee Deed

My home is in my name and my mothers. She passed away and her 1/2 was left in a trust to my myself and my brother and sister. The estate is all set and has been closed. My sister is my mothers representative and the trustee. Can you tell me what we have to do get my mothers name off the title to my home. I am trying to get a loan and my sister wants to sign over the portion in the trust to me.
