devorce paper said 401k

Sign Devorce papers said 401k not IRA. Does this mean I can lose my half of her 401k, because the investment is in IRA not a 401k?

If it was an administrative eror, you shoudl immediately file a Motion to Amend the Judgement and Decree to correct that error or to address the issue of the 401K which was previously not addressed.
