Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota

I am pretty sure my son has dyslexia, but as far as I know, has not be officially diagnosed. Is dyslexia treatment at a brain training facility considered a medical expense that a non-custodial parent is responsible to pay? The divorcement agreement states the non-custodial parent is responsible for 39% of the medical expenses of the children. It is not covered by insurance.

Hello. What you should do is contact a private attorney who will review the wording of your existing divorce document. It may be that you will want or need to take action to attempt to alter certain wording of your existing court order (a divorce decree is a court order).
