My aunt died not blood relatives have been found. Her body was released to my my mother, (her sister in law). She has a large estate. No will that we know of. My mother has all titles and deeds and her death certificate. What do we do from her.

You should consult with a probate attorney to help you open a probate and get her estate probated, i.e. taken care of.
