Legal Question in Workers Comp in Minnesota

injury reporting

I was injured at work but my boss refused to file an injury report. What do I do? I have already seen a doctor.

YES you can file a First Report of Injury by yourself. Send me an email at my address below and I will contact you to explain how. This is NOT uncommon and unfortunately many employee's simply shrug their shoulders and don't submit the proper form in a timely basis.
