Legal Question in Workers Comp in Minnesota

let go on light duty

hurt on the job reached mmi 50 lbs restriction,nothing over 8 hrs. so i have been on lite duty for 1 1/2 yrs. They now said if i get my restrictions lifted they will put me back on the schedule or i don't have a job. the union lawyers tried to reason and had no luck . They said get a lawyer and QRC. It has been a month so i have no insurance or job. I have worked there 16 yrs and i'm 53yrs old. Please help me to know which to turn. Thank You
