I have a 5 year old son. He did not get to start school this year because his birthday was in Novemeber. The Ex put him in Kindercare which has a educational program. Now she is refusing my visitations. Because Kindercare has very few closed days. so my normal week for the thanksgiving holiday is now 2 days. my Time for Christmas/New Years is like a day and my Spring Break & Summer Vacations are gone. Contacted the Lawyer who draw up the papers and he said only way to enforce it is to go back to court. By then the Holidays will be over and I lose all that time will my Son.
