Non-Party Subpoena
I am the Plaintiff Pro Se in a Civil Personal
Injury Suit. Can the defendants subpoena my tax records if my husband and I file joint and he is not a party in this suit? He refuses to give permission to release them.

Your husband will have to file a motion to quash the subpoena or for a protective order since it is his interest that are being disclosed.
