Court order to prevent me from being around the kids

My boyfriend's soon-to-be ex-wife is mad that he cheated on her and is threatening to get a court order against be that will prevent me from being around their kids. Can she legally do that?

I suppose that she could try. Does she have any actual reason that a Court would grant her request? Do you present some danger to the children? Can the woman prove that there is something about you or your behavior that makes it in the children's best interest to be kept away form you? If not, then it certainly sounds like an idle threat. If she talks with an honest lawyer about this, I would bet that the attorney will not go for it.
