Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

Divorce

I would like to know how to file divorce, I am Missouri Resident, but I work over seas, my husband is currently working in Missouri and I wont be able to come to the state till May, I would like to start the process of the divorce as soon as possible... I was wondering if there is way I can start filing for that from overseas? can I hire lawyer and he or she can do that and represent and start the filling?

Yes, I see no reason why you could not hire an attorney and begin the legal process of obtaining a Dissolution of Marriage here in Missouri although you are currently overseas. Depending upon which County in which you would be seeking the Dissolution, I might be able to help you myself.
