Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

Second Divorce Question

Well, in reply to the answer to my first question, we don't have any children. However, while I was in the military and stationed in Great Lakes, IL, she lived with my parents for a couple of months. Not to long after that, I transfered to Mississippi and from there went to Virginia. In September 2006, as stated in the first question, we decided to separate and get a divorce. However, neither one of us has been able to afford it. We have no property at all and never have. How do I go about getting a divorce that I can afford?

Re: Second Divorce Question

If your wife is agreeable, and will sign legal pleadings agreeing to everything, it would be possible to obtain a divorce on a non-contested basis. You may call me for a consultation and I will try to quote you a very reasonable fee if you elect to hire me to represent you.
