Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Missouri
My ex boyfriend and I decided to sell my old vehicle and buy a larger, very dependable vehicle for my baby and I. He decided to purchase a Rodeo, which the engine blew. He took the car from me and said it would be fixed. He won't tell me where it is, if its fixed, or if he will give it back. He just got married to a new woman he just met with a baby on the way. Its been months since I have seen the vehicle, and I am looking into small claims court. We are in a custody battle, can I sue him?
