Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Missouri

D.E.S. Baby

a friend of mine told me that they had a nation wide suite against a company that made the drug D.E.S.. it was used to stop woman from misscarrages back in the 60's my mother went through it 3 times when she was pregnant with me. so i am the result of being a D.E.S. baby. i just wanted to know if there was anything i can do legaly about it since i was unaware of the nation wide suite.

d�3x�970s and 1980s, there were many suits against the makers of DES (primarily against Eli Lilly & Co.); in all likelihood the statute of limitations on any claim you might have has run, but you should request specific legal advice before making that determination. The most common problem DES daughters had was the inability to carry children, or development of cervical cancer
