Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Missouri

Harassment at a fast food store
I went through a local fast food store and when I pulled up to collect my order about 4 employees including the manager were there. One employee looked at me said something and pointed. They all started laughing at me. This went on for about 2 min as they got my order. They kept pointing and laughing. I consider this harassment as this left me very emotionally distressed. I am overweight and I believe they were talking about my weight. Do I have any legal recourse?
