Legal Question in Immigration Law in Missouri

I am a US citizen, I just got naturalized and I want to petition my wife and my mother at the same time, I was wondering if I can fie for both of them at the same time or I have to file my wife first after she gets her Green card then I can apply for my mother.

I hope someone can help me with this as soon as possible and I do really appreciate it.

thanks
