Legal Question in Personal Injury in Missouri

I attended a concert with my 2 children. When I asked an employee how to get to our seats they directed me to the stairwell. On the way back down the stairs I slipped and fell and had a gash in my leg that required 9 stitches and left an ugly scar. What legal action can I take?

You may want to consult with a perswonal injury attorney in the area where this incident happened to obtain advice. Sometimes it is best for the injured person to pursue a claim himself or herself. Sometimes it is better for the injured person to hire an attorney, In appropriate cases personal injury attorneys take cases on a contingency fee basis, This means that you do not have to pay the attorney up front out of your pocket. The attorney takes his or her fee out of the amount recovered on your behalf when it is recovered. If you do not already know an attorney, beware of all the attorneys who advertise, I may be able to refer you to an honest, competent attorney who represents injured people all of the time and obtains very good results. No matter what you elect to do I wish you good luck.
