Minor In Posession Of Alcohol.
Ok i go to school at Iowa state university and was home at the beginning of the summer and got an MIP at a party. I actually live in Ames, Iowa and got the MIP in Omaha, Ne. I have Court on July first and was wondering if they give me probation(which hopefully not, i turn 21 in september) Would i be able to transfer all my stuff to ames? Also the cops did not breathalyze me just gave me MIP for being at the party we were there for like 30 seconds walking back to my friends apartment. Do you think that calling the County attorney and telling them i was not drinking and was just there would let them drop it. The point is i really do not wanna have to go back to nebraska all the time for this cause I will have to miss school this summer and in the fall. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks

You seem to be conflicted about whether you can make this go away by telling the county attorney you didn't do it. That's not going to work. So you either need to hire an attorney or plead guilty and get it over with.
