Legal Question in Technology Law in Nevada

Webcam House

I own a production company and am considering moving the business from NY to Las Vegas for tax reasons mostly but wanted to know more info on possibly purchsasing a place that will have live cams similar to voyeurdorm and wanted to know what all was involved as far as laws go. I am also looking for a lawyer that is knowledgable in contracts and 2257 laws to call on for the business.
