Enforcing terms of Marital Settlement Agreement

My ex who has not paid a sum of money as specified in our MSA has left the state. I don't know where he is, what do I need to do to get him to pay?

Get a Judgment for what he owes you and hire an inestigator to locate him.

Re: Enforcing terms of Marital Settlement Agreement

You would need to file a Motion with the court for enforcement of the MSA. A process server would be able to try and locate him through channels available to them such as access to DMV records, etc. If theycan locate him you would be able to serve him with the motion. If you are unable to locate him you would at least be able to get a judgment against him until you are able to locate him.
