Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

I was seperated from my wife (1st x in 9yrs) for 6wks. I had sex with a woman 2xs. the 1st x I protected myself and she freaked out said she couldn't get pregnant and didn't want anymore kids(has 3 and on AFDC). 2nd x was unprotected sex.(my irrespnsibility)I reunited with my wife. the other woman since then texd she's going to hurt herself. then is in renal failure from lupus. now she says her IUD slipped and she's pregnant and can't get an abortion keeping baby. what do I do what steps do I take to even know its mine? how can I terminate my rights(i know financially have to) I feel trapped. how can I legally prepare for this total irresponsible mistake

The rules may be different if you are in Nevada vs. California. I would need to know where you are.
