Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

?

i have a question, If one parent has full custody of a child and that child has an acceident and the parent who has full custody doesnt like the doctor who performed the sugery and decideds to try to find a new doctor and tells the father who is paying the insurance that they have no rights to the child and his well being. Is there anything that that parent can do from a legal stand point to protect that child from the other parent? Please any information will help

If you have full custody of the child you would have the say in the medical care of your child. Your ex-husband's providing insurance doesn't give him any control over where you're child's medical care takes place as long as the provider accepts his insurance.

If you are encountering difficulties in such a matter you can file a Motion with Family Court to enforce such a wish.
