Having shared custody

Both parents have shared custody.The child lives with the mother in nevada and the father lives in indiana.Father has visitation and he pays support.Can the mother take the child out of the state or country without the father's permission or any notice?

Re: Having shared custody

Written permission would be needed to take the child out of the country. Insofar as out of state notice is expected if not required by the shared custody documents.
