Waiving child support

I recently waived child support based on a job offer I had lined up.I did this to get sole custody of my 2 children,the job offer did not go through the company is being re-structured. the father earns about $100,000.00 a year I earn about $25,000.00.What are the chances of having the judge reconsider mi current situation

I do not want to get any public assistance the father has penty of money to support them.thanks

In your motion you need to explain to thejudge the change of circumstances. If you told the judge that you are waiving child support because of the job offer, there would be no need for the judge to take evidence or if the father will admit to the job offer in court.

If you had a lawyer in the first hearing, it might be harder because he should have no better and protected you from the eventuality that the offer would fall through

You simply have to file a motion of child support. Ask him first to pay.
