Homeowners

In 2005 AtanaceStanef was in prison. he owned a house in downtown Las Vegas with an other person. At this time a thirth party forged his signature and got his part of the house and then sold it. what are atanace's rights and how can he start to fight for them?

Nevada law permits the true owner to quiet title to the real property, and bring a lawsuit for money damages against the forger and against the Notary involved.

He could sue the forger for fraud, but he can't get the house back.
