Legal Question in Technology Law in New Hampshire

Patent issue

I designed a software system for a

company , the IP & copywrite was

understood belong to me, there

were no contracts other than a PO.

- several years later I find the

company is trying to patent my idea

/IP , what are my options?

Assemble all of the communications and documents relating to the project and bring them to a lawyer for advice. Not sure from your inquiry where the parties are located (if the company is in NH and the project occured in NH, you likely have to bring the action up here).
