which states driving laws are not reciprocal with new hampshire ?

I believe that all of them now have the ability to share data. There are certain interstate compacts which make the process of sharing data easier. Even if a particular state is not part of the compact, they can, if they desire, impose penalities for a DUI in a sister state under Federal guidelines.

With that said, there a times where something might be missed and no report gets filed in the home state.

Also note that in most jurisdictions there are questions when you obtain insurance and questions when you renew your license as to convictions in ANY jurisdiction. Be sure to answer truthfully as perjury or fraud are not worth the risk.
