Legal Question in Family Law in New Hampshire

My daughter is divorced and her exhusband is supposed to pay the day care that their daughter is in and on top of that give my daughter half the money for bills that they had together. He pays the daycare most of the time, never on time, and he has only given her $100 over the course of a year. My question is, if she takes him back to court is she entitled to a free lawyer or would he have to pay because he is in contempt of the court?

She would not be entitled to a free attorney. However, if ex-husband is found in contempt, the court may order him to reimburse her for her attorney's fees. A review of the particular facts and the Decree of Divorce is necessary before going any further.
