enforcing divorce decree

x wife will not abide by court decree

in our divorce 1 year ago,sell house

pay debts etc.can you tell me what to do?she will not communicate

If she will not communicate then the only choice you have is to go back to court to ask the court to order some sanctions in order to get her to comply. What the court can do will depend in part on what the actual divorce decree states.

You will have to enforce the agreement in court. Depending upon what the agreement says and the feelings of the Court, your ex-spouse could be forced to pay your costs, especially if there is equity left in the house.
