Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New Hampshire

if a plaintiff does not show up for a hearing they initiated for periodic payments on a debt, can you ask the judge to dismiss the judgement/debt?

You can ask..... no harm in that. However, payment reviews are just for the purpose of having the court monitor that its orders (the judgment) are being complied with and that the judgment is being paid.
