Legal Question in Disability Law in New Jersey

Age descrimanation

I've just turned 50,9years with the company.

I schedule the install schedule for the North east of my company. I am 100% successful and met all sale goals and our customer expectations. The president of the company congratulated the service organization for the great job they did (for which I work). In addition to scheduling, I also do some installs myself and break fix service calls.

In other words I make my self available to service for what ever job they want.

The company pays for overtime (Im an hourly worker) And also travel time.

Our client base for install has been lately located over 3 hours away from where I live. Also sales expatiations have shortened the time which the install are to take place.

Now after meeting all my goals and taking on additonal responsibilities that were approved by the regional manager Im told that I cost too much! And my job is in jeopardy!

What gives? Do I have a case?

Thanks

Re: Age descrimanation

You have a case if you were discriminated against based upon your age. Feel free to call or e-mail us directly and I will provide you with a short questionnaire to determine how much and what you are entitled to recover.
