Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey
my husband is incarcerated and charged on robbery and carjacking and his co defendent has no bail and it has been turned over to the us marshall.i callled and my husband has a bail!what does this mean will his bail be taken away also and turned over to the us marshalls?

Seems like he had some type of warrant from some other state. I assume your husband has an attorney at this point. These questions should be directed to him/her.
