Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey

On (this past) Dec. 30th, after speaking to my wife, regarding the fact that I had wished my older children (from my previous marriage) had called for the holidays (THEIR mother had TOTALLY RUINED my relationship w/them, using "parental alienation"...but THAT'S ANOTHER story), our 16 year-old son told me that MY EX-WIFE HAD MOLESTED (MASTURBATED) HIM WHEN HE WAS 8 YEARS OLD!!! [In 2002, we had allowed him to stay over her house for one weekend, since she and my older children (my 16 year-old's older half-siblings) had invited him.]

Well, my 16 year-old has been having problems w/changing in the gym locker room (since the very first time he had to, several years ago) FOR NO REASON (I mean, he's not overweight, nor is he physically abnormal in ANY WAY)...he's been getting POOR grades for gym, JUST FOR NOT BEING PREPARED (he does FINE when it comes to participating, etc.)...NOW, we're wondering if THIS LATEST DEVELOPMENT could be THE REASON (we've already scheduled an appointment w/a therapist).

I could give you more info about my ex-wife, but I'm not sure I should post it HERE (since doing so may allow her to be recognized). Anyway, I WILL include an article here that I feel you SHOULD read (below).

Needless to say, I'd like to know what should be our next steps. Please contact me if you need more info. Thank you.
