Is it illegal in NJ to intend to purchase pot? My daughter (a minor) was offered the chance to buy weed at a kids house, when she and her boyfriend arrived they were assaulted and robbed by a group of people from that home. no purchase was ever made, she is pressing charges for the assault. Can she be charged for WHY she was at that location?
