Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey

I am woking on a case that invloves manslaugther with 4 tennagers in the age of 16 . one evening the tnnagers went to one of the teenagers home. they were playing in the basement but in the basement there were licesed hunting riffles and one of the tennagers tried to ope the case where these gun were held and he grabbed the gun adn was pointing a different obejects in the room and he tripped over his shoe lace and shot the teenager that lived inthe the house. Question how can I prosecute him as masnslaughter ? and I have to include a 3rd witness and make up a story? Help

The State prosecutes, not individuals. If you are involved, cooperate, if not, stay out of the way.

You do not prosecute OR make up a story. Let the prosecutor and police do their job.
