Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Dyfs

Now that I am 16, can I see my Dad whom DYFS has kept me away from seeing for the last 2 1/2 years? I live with my mom, we live in 2 seperate households for 2+ years. I have 3 brothers and a sister who live with my Dad, and my Mom travels between both houses. It has been emotional for me to live like this. I miss my Dad and DYFS is no olonger involved with us.....now that I'm 16 can we be a family again?

What was the reason for your dad being denied contact with you?

Was your dad also denied contact with your other siblings?

Are you planning on becoming emancipated in the near future?
