Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

I am an Indian got married as per Indian Hindu Marriage law in India to a Hindu girl on 2007. We both have been residing in NJ on L1 visa for the past 1.5 years. Can I apply for a mutual consent divorce in NJ ?

Getting divorce in New Jersey is very easy. Undefined "irreconcilable differeences" is also that a sufficient complaint for divorce requires, but divorce can not be achieved by "consent." A divorce complaint can be filed with the Court and the other party can chose to not respond.
