Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

if i have joint custody but have restricted visitations on the non custodial parent can i get a us passport and go on vacation outside the country with the baby or do i need court writen permission cause the other parent refuses to let me go on vacation out of spite because they were issued by the judge supervised visitation?

Petition the Court to protect yourself and the child. If there is a tight schedule you may have to file an emergency petition.
