You need to discuss this with your father. He should be very concerned that his child is suffering while his ex is vacationing. Also, you are entitled to have your college costs (not only tuition, but also living expenses) paid for by your parents. Assuming your father is as outraged as you are, he can go to Court to get some fairness here. If he is not interested, you can retain your own lawyer to do so. Keep in mind that this advice is based purely on the little bit of information that you have given to me. There certainly may be other factors that would change my opinion.
