Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

I am recently divorced and pay alimony and child support in NJ. My question is do you have a say on how the alimony is being spent? My ex-wife is spending it whatever she wants vacations, jewelery, partying, etc and I have the proof. Before I file a motion, I want to make sure I have a leg to stand on. Thanks.

I would call the attorney that handled your divorce. You could compare her CIS with her current spending and see if you are paying too much. That's a tough motion though.
