Legal Question in Insurance Law in New Jersey

Car damage by Parking operator

Car was parked in the garage of my apartment. After leaving the car with the parking operator, I was called back few minutes later regarding my car. Car had visible yellow scratch and dent. I filed the claim, but was denied by their insurance company saying that there is no evidence that it occured in the garage so their parking operator is not responsible for it. My question is what is there I can do about it?! I took pictures of the car and the yellows poles in the garage.

Re: Car damage by Parking operator

you can sue them. if you can prove that they did it, or that it occured while the car was in their possession, then you should win. you will win the dollar value of the harm done, which may be the cost to repair it.

this answer is based only on the small amount of information that you have provided.

Good luck to you! Sounds like you will have to sue to get any results.
