Is it necessary to pay remainder of of months if you break lease in between because of job loss or for leaving a country

A lease is a contract. A landlord is not responsible for your job loss or relocation. That said, have you tried talkikng with the landlord? The landlord may allow you to break the lease, or at least you may be able to work out something you can live with.
