Accidental disability

Received Accidental Disability from my employer (State of NJ) Medical benefits will contiue under the Worker's Comp end, but I was told that I am not entitled to any monetary compensation due to receiving Accidental Disability vs. Ordinary Disability. Is this true?

Re: Accidental disability

If you were injured at work, I know of no bar to your recovery of permanent disability. If you wish to pursue your claim, you should consult with an attorney specializing in workers compensation. You have two years from the date of the accident or last payment of temporary or medical benefits to file a claim.

I would be glad to review the matter with you.
