Restraining Order
Is a restraining order legal when it is proven that the acct it is applied to belongs to someone else and that your name is on only for the purpose of death of that person? If not, what is the next step I can take to have the restraining order lifted off the acct?

You need to go to court and ask for a hearing as to the source of funds so that the persons whose funds they are not is cleared.
