Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in New York

My rights as primary holder

My Ex-boyfriend and I had a joint credit card that only he used but both our names are on the account, me as the primary cardholder. He has not paid anything on it only I have. I would like to know if there is any legal way I can make him pay for it since his name is also on the card.

You would need an agreement with your boyfriend to reimburse you for any payments made on his behalf to the credit card company.
