Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
Can someone whose been convicted of a violet crime and released after 4 yrs in 2002 find a decent job? Can his conviction be pardon???

You could contact an appeals attorney to see if there would be any reason for a new trial or pardon given the facts in your case. However, the time period for filing this action has probably passed. There is not expungement of felony convictions in New York State.
