Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York

Okay I live in new York. Clean criminal record and I'm a 20 year old female. I left my sons father who is a psychopath. When I left he had me arrested for from mish in the 4th for stabbing a matress and stealing a laptop and kindle fire. I never did it. Went to court for it four times. I just left my husband cause hr was lazy and wouldn't het a job. And as crazy and unbelieaveable as it sounds him and my ex joined forces and my husband and his best friends wife wrote a deposition saying I did take them and they saw me with them. So I got arrested again for petit marc and from misch again for some tv now. I don't even know what going on half the time. My lawyer is out of his head with all of this and I don't blame him. I have proof him and my husband are bashing me on Facebook. Their being spiteful and trying to ruin my life. Idk what to do. They said the courts are ready for trial. And I didn't do anything. ANYTHINg. They brought my friends into it and everything. What should I do?

You should talk with your lawyer about all of this. If there are no facts that prove it, then they won't go to trial. If you are unhappy with your attorney, get another criminal defense attorney. You can make a complaint to the police for harrassment if you do have proof of it.
