Legal Question in Discrimination Law in New York

Revealing of personal information by a supervisor at work

Can anything legally be done against a former workplace supervisor for discussing my personal information, life choices, and medical condition with groups of my former co- workers? I do not currently work there, but this was going on when I did.

Maybe, maybe not. IT depends upon the nature of the information discussed, with whom it was discussed and the purpose.

Should you like to discuss this or any other legal matter, you can e-mail me for more information about low cost face-to-face, on-line, or a telephone consultation with a lawyer in our office.
