Child Support

My child support obligation has been terminated without prejudice to the department of social services. the D.O.S is still garnishing my checks for $62.00 ea. check for payments that I owe, now my income tax has been filed & I would like to know if my entire tax return will be taken for garnishment?

Re: Child Support

Take the order, bring it to the family court in your county along with proof of the continued garnishment. Then ask them to stop the garnishment. If that doesn't happen, you would have to go back to court.
